The mural at Ashfield Mall is a joint collaborative artistic venture between Ashfield Mall and Ashfield Public School in designing hoarding to be displayed around a retail construction site. This work was imagined and facilitated by Ashfield Public School’s Artist-in-Residence Karen Manning assisted by Student Learning Support Officer, Jane Bennett and amalgamated original artworks created by students at the school.
